OEM scope: what can be customized

Projects can start from an existing case structure or a buyer-supplied reference. The feasible process depends on the case material, surface, artwork and quantity.

From brief to approved sample

4. A physical sample is produced or selected for fit, appearance and packaging approval.

Materials and production decisions

TPU is commonly selected for flexible protection, PC for rigid structures, liquid silicone for a soft-touch finish, leather for folio and premium styles, and magnetic structures for MagSafe-compatible programs. Some designs combine materials. Before sampling, confirm wall thickness, camera protection, button feel, charging access, magnet position and the intended surface process. Early decisions reduce mold changes and repeated samples.

MOQ and lead time

MOQ and lead time are confirmed project by project. They change with mold availability, model mix, material, custom color, printing method, packaging and total quantity. A stock structure with standard packaging is normally simpler than a new mold or a multi-SKU private label launch. Send the full model and quantity breakdown for an accurate answer instead of relying on a generic minimum.

Private label packaging and export preparation

Packaging is reviewed together with the product because it affects labeling, SKU control, carton size and final inspection. Quality checkpoints

Quality control covers incoming materials, the approved sample, in-line checks during molding, printing and assembly, and a pre-shipment inspection before packing. Can I approve a sample before mass production?

Yes. A physical sample should be approved before bulk production, especially for a new color, structure, magnetic layout, surface finish or retail package.

Can different phone models be combined in one order?

Mixed-model orders can be reviewed, but the feasible mix and MOQ depend on mold availability, color, process and packaging. Provide a model-by-model quantity list for confirmation.
