When an ODM project is the right fit
Use ODM development when the required structure, material combination, protective feature, stand, magnetic layout, texture or packaging system is not available as a standard product. If an existing case only needs a logo, color or private label package, the faster OEM route may be sufficient.
Concept and feasibility review
Start with the target phone models, customer group, retail price position, protection goal, key feature, material preference, launch date and expected order volume. Our team reviews the brief for fit, wall thickness, camera and button protection, charging access, magnet position, assembly method and likely tooling requirements. Trade-offs are identified before a physical sample is made.
